i was thinking about this overnight. earl, you are probably doing the right things if your sympton subsided by that much by only LESSENING the input of certain foods, afaik lot of times it's required that you drop the food entirely from diet to get the effects over time. dunno about your money situation but consider dropping grains and sugar altogether... u get the necessary carbohydrates for brain/immunesystem from veggies anyways (and if not then buy berries or a small amount of fruits (yea fruits more restriced than berries)... or just cook like some/a little white rice with your diet every day). sugar was introduced like when america was discovered and it's really just glucose and fructose molecules binded together (and the latter is not healthy in big amounts due to it's many effects to body). it never existed in the first place, your brain works just fine without it and the insulin and cortisol spiking.
anyways, the idea is that you drop those two entirely for 4-6 weeks and at the end of it, sense/snoop around on how you are feeling (in your body, eg fatigue brainfog etc) and then how are your typical GERD and other symptons.
also gulp i've forgotten what you're pain sympton is by now groaaan this embarrasment...
embarrASSment bondy....arm joints, neck
oh yeah I've been eating more oily fish too, and more pickled stuff (vinegar and kimchi are good for hb too). so I'm not sure if it's lowering the carbs and sugar that helped, though I know if I eat something really carby I get heartburn. I eat like 1/8 of the carbs and sugar I used to
you probably know how much carbs and sugar the avg american eats. it's tough to remove em entirely just bc of how prevalent they are, and I can't cook for myself every day because of time constraints. once I graduate and get a job on my own I might be able to cut that stuff out entirely. and I'm no longer hopeful anything will get rid of the mindmolt besides something that can eradicate the lime bacteria/biofilm. I see what you're saying tho
