Well what does that mean exactly if it's trademarked? Let's say a random dude decides to take the layout from 2007 and use it to build a new GamingW. Would that be legal?

Man I gotta give Bart some credit for his webdesign skillz. I thought GW was actually a rather easy site, but I don't see how he created that all on his own without the use of PHP and MySQL databases. Just how old is that guy?
 
By the way I've been screwing around with Content Management Systems like Drupal and WordPress, you wouldn't believe the difficulty of something so seemingly simple as re-creating GW's layout.
