I know the name of both kurt vile and the war on drugs, but i haven't ever actually listened... I def will check it when I get a chance, but that won't be until I come back home - I am one of those dumb kids that are totally internetless with a dumb phone and no laptop so.  not even an ipod.

ERRRRRRRRRRRR i'm back.  we ran low on money in austin texas and sprinted home.  good old 24 hour drive. feels good.

hey that's a bummer, man.  i just noticed this and was actually posting to ask where you were going to be in columbus (where i live) before i saw that you ran out of money.  i have a pretty firm grasp of the city's venues and live within 2-3 blocks of a lot of the smaller ones that small bands tend to play when they come through here so there would've been a decent chance of you being like a quarter mile from my place during your stay.  do you happen to know where you would've played had you made it to ohio?

Might not have been booked yet, but maybe the Cara bar?  Or maybe the legion of doom house.  Those are the only two places we have ever played in columbus.
