How To Eat A Watermelon
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gUKZpgVfMo
I guess I never posted it but I've always liked this video, thanks Farren! He has since made more watermelon videos, being that this video garnered him the most views. I don't know how useful the rest are, he introduces other secret ingredients like cheez-its. I wouldn't follow any of the tutorials anyway isnce that's way too much sugar tho
here's a how-to that's not really interesting or funny or without television personality gordon ramsay, but it's useful for a very common breakfast that I was making poorly: (ive watched all the chef personality's scrambled egg tutorials and this is the best advice btw)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUP7U5vTMM0I've changed it to my own tastes, but the most important bullet points are:
-don't season until they're almost done
-manage heat and don't overcook. ppl say that
if they're done in the pan they'll be overcooked on the plate. I disagree that you have to stir so furiously, I prefer a more gentle but still constant folding motion. the creme fraiche is a big boon if you're ok with the additional dairy.
