Snake looks badass. His grab looks pretty sweet and so do all of his moves, especially the Remote Missile and the Hand Grenade. Looks like his recovery move gives him a ton of vertical distance.

What I find weird though is the fact that he seems to have 5 special moves (the missile, the mine, remote missile, hand grenade, and cypher recovery). Don't most characters only have 4? They have standard B, up B, down B, and side B.

20 characters so far...now the roster is looking pretty sweet. Now we have all of the known characters posted on the site. Characters posted from now on will all be completely new. Huzzah!

I like to guess that he'll be the next update every day. That way when it does happen, I can say I called it. You're probably right about him being one of the last updates though, if he even makes it.

By the way, Sunday night's update is Sonic.

Freakin' A...jawesome indeed. ^_^

They did well with his moveset though considering Sakurai didn't want to have to deal with his using more conventional firearms but stuff with big explosions and such. I also think someone on Neogaf totally called the Cypher thing from the earlier Famitsu shots I posted before.

In Melee, Samus technically had 5 (Homing and Regular Missile). Of course you could go on and say that Ness had 5(Pk Thunder, and using Pk Thunder on Ness as an attack) as well as many other characters.

I like the Kid Icarus one best.

This update is pretty cool. Snake looks like a fun character, although I probably won't end up using him too much...

What do you guys think of those rumors going around that Ridley, Bowser Jr., and 'Celda' (Windwaker) Link will be playable characters?

I've been saying for a long time that I would LOVE to have WW Link as a replacement for Young Link.

I doubt Ridley will be playable simply because he'd be so huge it would be wierd to fit him in- unless they scale him down and just have him about as large as Bowser. I'd love to see Ridley but doubt it would happen. He'll pretty much defnitely be a boss in the story mode, though.
