I can see the need to tone it down a bit, but it just doesn't feel that useful in direct combat anymore against anything faster than a soldier.

I agree that the flames are just a bit too strong now. In my opinion, the range increase would have sufficed.

To be honest I can kill a pyro when he gets close as demo becuz he tends to run in a straight line XD.

A quarter of a team can get killed by a well placed ANYTHING, really. I see killing sprees by Heavies or sentries a lot more often than Pyroes.

I'm not saying that Pyros are the end all of classes now, but it's a hell of a lot easier for 4 or so people to be incinerated all at once by a Pyro than it was before. It happens QUITE often now.

I'm downloading Fortress Forever now, since I'm poor and don't have a credit card. If anyone has a spare gift account for TF2 I'd be appreciative!

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.

Well, if it's any consolation, you don't need a credit card for TF2 (or buying ANYTHING online for that matter), just a debit card.

I've got this now and it's really good fun even though I am monstrously terrible at it.

Spy is just so much fun even though without any friendly fire all these faggots (ESPECIALLY PYROS) just shoot every single person they see to avoid backstabbery.

At first I thought heavy + medic was just fucking ridiculous but it's really not too bad once you learn to just get out the way when they're uber or whatever the hell (don't fear bm hunter when big and red lol fidiot)

Yeah, really loving the style and gameplay of this so far.

Is there not a way to purchase this game only? I look on the list of games and see it for 29.95, so that must imply you can buy it on its own. However, apparently I have to buy the whole package and don't want to because this and portal are the only ones I want.

Yeah, thanks I didn't really notice that. Actually, now that I notice it, the only thing I could do without is HL2 since I have it already. I do want to play EP1 and EP2.
