Can you do us a favour and retire from your games please? Just so they don't stay inactive forever.

They'll automatically be ended in favor of the person who made the last move if you wait a while (two weeks I think).

Well Shon/Killface just resigned from his game against me, I'm not sure if, after he said he is out of the competition you are just going to count all his matches as losses but here:

I won't count his games at all, he's out of the tournament so the matches that haven't been played have ended with no result by default.

I thought of something, like what if you played against a real hard computer on a different site and a gw member on littlegolem at the same time. Say you started the game against the gw member and if they were white and went first, so you went second. So whatever moves they make, you could mimmick them on the really good computer on a seperate site, whatever their response would be would also be yours against the human.

Yes, it's true that this is possible. The reason why it's not mentioned in the original topic is because it's expected that people partake in this tournament because they like to play chess. It's pretty much impossible to be able to tell that people are cheating, anyway. Maybe you could tell by the fact they can't explain why they do what they do on the chessboard, but even that's pretty dubious.

So how is everyone's tournament games going overall? I've mainly been waiting on both my games with Acid to end before I started on anything else but he hasn't made a move in about 15 days and I am bored of waiting for him now so I sent out two more of my tournament invites and a couple more friendly game invites.

I haven't played too many games lately! But I'm taking invites! Soon, I'll just invite most people that I still need to play and get it done with.
