UPRC, its a competitve game, there will be tournaments and stuff, so in order to stay balanced you will eventually (very quickly, actually) reach the top power level, and it will take a bit to get all the skills (but you dont need all of them anyways), and eventually you'll get all the items you need for the couple builds youll want to run, but there will be tournaments and stuff to compete in too and prizes to earn.

So, I guess, it really depends on what you're going for. Are you playing it to possibly win prizes? Do you plan on unlocking everything? Do you strive to get the highest rank...? If you answer yes to any of those, then its gonna have some staying power.

I have no interest in actual tournaments because, well, people who play in them are fucking ridiculously good at whatever the game is. Usually too good.

I don't need to be educated about the game anyway, I'm well aware of what it is. Also, I had no idea that there is a capture the flag sort of game mode present in the game.. That sounds pretty decent and makes me that little bit more interested because I love having to use teamwork to accomplish things in games.

I was hoping this topic was related to Microsoft's Fury3.  That game was absolutely amazing.

Bottom line.. It seems boring?

So as of today, Fury is now F2P. There are some drawbacks (you don't get a visible rank etc) but you do have access to all game modes, levels, classes, items, and skills.
