I'm happy to see basically EVERYONE in the opening.. And Dragon's first appearance in an opening since 2000 (We Are!). It is a good opening (infinitely better than Crazy Rainbow), but I wish they would go back to the shorter openings again. I sort of miss endings too.

Ugh I got so sick of CRAZY CRAZY RAINBOW STAR... but uh, yeah, I hear we'll be moving into filler episodes next.

That's the stipid thing. Instead of having both an opening and ending theme they just make the opening twice as long.

Good thing I torrent the damn shit so I can skip it! If I was watching it on a DVD collection i'd go nuts.

Yeah, an opening that is 2:30 might be cool to watch 2-3 times, but after that you just kind of.. you know, want to watch the episode.

It's kind of like in the Enies Lobby arc when they were doing 4-5 minutes of flashbacks at the start of some episodes.

Opening is good.. good to see Franky in there along with Dragon and the Thousand Sunny new ship clips as well..

I don't read the manga cause quite frankly that would ruin the experience for me watching the anime.. But I'm guessing that the next enemy is Jinbei of the Shichibukai, a former Merman pirate (who now works alongside the world government to give a portion of the treasure he finds to the Government and to hunt down former pirates, hence being one of the 7 (now 6 since Crocodile's defeat) Shichibukai) where Arlong was once part of his crew (they talked about this in the Arlong arc waaaaaay the hell back)

One Piece is my favourite anime though... One Piece > Naruto > Bleach > Every other anime

waiting on 328. although i dont really like this arc that much, seeing as not only is it a filler but its really boring. The Merman arc is going to be amazing.

They haven't reached that island yet in the manga. They sort of.. bumped into another place instead. I won't spoil anything, but it's quite an arc.

New ep was okay but they didn't really fight the Don achino bounty hunters yet (next ep they will)... Looks to be some strong guys but not nearly as formidable as CP9

Am I the only one who hates this opening? Personally, I think it's just a generic sappy j-rock song with some scenes of happy happy crew. Plus, as said before, it's ridiculously long.

The part where they start rapping in English is grand.
