I was under the impression that Australia and England shared similar region locking on everything?

But the website is treating it like spoilers too, even though that's what all the website is, spoilers. Well, not anymore I guess. But the spoiler business is stupid. We should drop it for characters and embrace the roster. SSE I can understand because it's storyline stuff. But I mean really, I don't think anybody cares about having the roster revealed, and if they do they are a minority and should create a new topic for themselves.

I think that second quote was sarcasm. I agree with Grogrog though. We should just stick to keeping SSE secret. Is there anybody that doesn't know the secret characters yet?

Seems like a lot of people that post here live outside the U.S. I don't know how the whole region lock thing is going to work with Brawl, but hopefully we'll all be able to play together. If that's the case, we can do multiple tourneys, one after the U.S. release and one after EU/Australian.

Question: How many people live in the U.S. and plan on getting Brawl shortly after release? It'd be nice to know so we can figure out when to plan the tourney.

I think I'll keep track of the number of people getting Brawl within a month of release. So far it's 3 (you, Erave, and me). I'd like to get a decent list together so I know how many people will be able to participate in the GW tourney.

So in case you missed it, please post if you're getting Brawl within a month of release and would like to participate in the GW Brawl tourney.

But yeah, I do intend to get Smash Bros (and a Wii, I suppose I'd need that too, huh?

) as soon as I can. I'm gonna try to buy a Wii next paycheck, and I'll preorder Brawl at that point. I'd love to take part in a GW tourney. I think it should be with items as well, at least for the first tourney for the majority.

And that Final Smash video was pretty great. Most of them seem pretty useful, however some seem almost completely useless. I'm glad Luigi still looks like fun, because I probably played him the most in Melee. His Smash looks so awesome. And if anybody points out the fact that Luigi isn't on the official site yet, they can suck it.

As much as I love SSB, I don't have a Wii and I don't plan on getting one soon for various reasons such as cash, and dial-up (Bad Online

). However my brother does, and I'm definitely going to his apartment so we can all play the hell out of it when it comes out. Might get it this Summer or something.

I would like to be a part of the tournament.

At first I was kind of disappointed by the roster, but really, the roster is fine (save three clones) Most of the characters wanted made it in (Pit, Meta Knight, Olimar, Lucas) and I think I just wish more of the characters where unlocked then revealed beforehand. Some of those characters just don't feel new anymore, regardless of the fact I have yet to play as them.
