He's an unlockable. If you notice, they only show the basic characters in the intro vid just like they did in Melee. They won't show all of the characters because people would know who's in right after the first cutscene.

You guys seriously have doubts of him returning? He's more of a shoe-in than Marth and he just made the cut.

I know he's a shoe in and whatnot, but Marth and Ness, both who have had their franchises represented already are shown before him. I dunno, maybe its just a stupid fanboy thing, since Falcon is one of the few Nintendo characters that really appealed to me. (Comic book super hero like design, corrupt future setting, a bounty hunter, etc). Plus I have doubts of his inclusion in the SSE story. :<

Adding all these spoilers is pretty annoying, and when EVERY post contains spoilers, it's pretty pointless anyway because all anyone who doesn't want to be spoilered has to read is "hey character is in the game it's awesome"

Someone should just add "SPOILERS" to the topic title and be done with it.

That's funny. Someone posted a torrent to the Japanese Brawl file and nobody believed it (mostly because people have posted fake ones before) but this seems legit.

they are claiming that characters like professor egadd, megaman, midna and other crazy characters are in it, which i think is pretty bullshit.

Megaman probably won't make it. If you look at the vid I posed above, it doesn't mention Capcom anywhere in the title screen where it lists affiliated companies. I don't think he has a good chance of making it.

I also doubt Megaman, but I don't think it has anything to do with the copyrights. It would be easy as cake to keep a character like that secret, and it would definitely make unlocking it a lot more fun.
