My guess would be they dreamed up different moves for these supposed clones. There's enough variance in Link's inventory to accomodate two different versions of him, so WW Link is probably (and hopefully) completely different. And, I don't know anything about ROB. What...was he?

What's not worth it? These character leaks? Could someone possibly tell me if there are good/bad/awkward inclusions? I don't want specifics, just maybe a generalization. Will some characters knock my socks off? Are there any weird ones that you wouldn't have expected?

it's been pretty confirmed that falco is a clone since he shares a smash with the other nintendo character of that series.

also these spoilers are actually getting irritating as shit and since the game came out in Japan already I don't see why we are still using them.

do we get to stop the second it rolls over to what, US release date?

just rollover the spoilers for chrissakes. It's not as if an obscure character like Mike Jones from StarTropics being playable will blow the very foundations of your mind or anything. You can't even call them "leaks" anymore since the game is already out.

But you want a generalization? I'll give you a generalization. Every character has appeared on a Nintendo console before. There. There's your SPOILER FREE generalization.

p.s. for those of you bouncing off the walls and going ape shit screaming SPOILER about the first sentence, i was being sarcastic. the entire character roster has been set in stone.

it might actually be worth it to make this topic with spoilers since honestly I dont think ANYONE cares about the Dojo updates anymore barring the few who don't want anything spoiled, and keep a warning in the title.

if there is actually a want for a spoiler free topic, let someone else create it, but honestly the only reason I came to this topic EVER was to see new update shit and since the game is out, I'd rather know what's in it and confirmed instead of the slow "whoa...this could be challenging, but fun" stuff from the Dojo.

it's no big deal to me but it makes sense?

To elaborate more; none of the new characters are surprising. If you sit down and think to yourself for about 5 minutes and say 'what would nintendo include to please the fans and make things fun' i guarantee you will narrow down a list almost instantly.

Considering R.O.B. appeared in Mario Kart DS with some considerable aplomb and Wolf is only mildly surprising because Nintendo has been trying their HARDEST to revive the dying Star Fox franchise. The characters that really surprised me was Pit and Olimar although Olimar wasn't that surprising since EVERYONE on the internet was shouting his name when the project was first announced. I honestly thought Nintendo completely abandoned Kid Icarus like they do with all their other good ideas.

Speaking of which, I want EVERYONE IN THIS TOPIC to play as Lucas as much as you can. Maybe Nintendo will finally get it through their fat skulls that people actually want a localized version of mother 3. God, I hate Nintendo.

Ah... I happen to agree with the spoiler-free thing, because that's ALL THIS TOPIC WILL BE soon, but...

On another note, the Dojo update wasn't that bad. No pictures or anything, but it's interesting to look through the multiple songs a stage.
