I hear that the people that make the Freeloader products have a habit of releasing things before they're finished. If you buy it as soon as it's released, you could get burned.

Shit son. Six hours until the tournament begins. I am PUMPED! At the same time, I'm scared shitless. Getting used to the wiimote and nunchuck combo will be tough, especially with one minute matches.

Oh yeah, look for a brand new Brawl thread around midnight. I got the "ok" from NinjaPirate so it'll be up when I get back from gamestop. This will probably be the last you hear from me until then. Going to hang out with my girlfriend and play Melee with some friends afterwards to kill the time.

So, my brother got a Wii the week before last. Reserved Brawl the next day.

Basically, I can't wait 'till midnight. Ill probably fail miserably, my brother might do alright.

Considering Brawl is realeased tommorow over in the US, it's got me all excited becasue I can't be bothered waiting another 2 month's for it to be released in the UK!

When everybody gets their copy and plays their first match they should really save it as a replay. It'll be interesting to keep it as a record especially if we'll be playing this game for many years to come. Would be cool to look back upon that first moment of Brawl...

Just wondering, what are you guys planning on doing first once you get it? I'll have it within an hour or so, and I'll probably head straight Versus to try out a couple of my old favorites and some of the cooler newcomers. I've got to get up relatively early, though, so I haven't got much time past midnight. Tomorrow I'll definitely try everything out, but I'm not sure what to do as soon as I put it in my Wii.

I just got back from the GameStop tournament.
It was a lot of fun, and everyone was so energetic.

While the rules were pretty bad and the controller...yeah, I had a lot of fun.
I made it to round 2 this time, and lost to the eventual winner of the tournament. (In a sudden death, uff)
Both rounds were good matches. :^)
(I think I had more fun in this one than the other, since everyone was so friendly there)

Can't wait to a Brawloff with my friends tomorrow!

Man, I'm pissed that I'm out of the country for the US launch. I guess I can't really complain, though. Anyway I'll be back home by Friday, and will definitely be around in time to kick all your asses in the tourney...

My roommate and suite mate just got this game. they are playing CO-OP campaign mode. I have never really followed this series, I only rarely checked the site for news. and my total playtime for Melee is about 4 hours or so... thats it... so basically I never got good and everyone else around me is insanely good at the game. now since brawl is out maybe I'l have a chance to play it and become a decent player. I don't have a Wii, but almost everyone who does have a Wii in my dorms has this game, so getting in game time shouldn't be to difficult.

maaaan, i was playing the japanese version of brawl for the past month, and i just got the english one. now i have to unlock everything again, get all my trophies/stickers again, etc... >_<

man... lucas, kirby, pit, and meta knight all OWN.
