The trailer looks really cool, and if the movie follows that super over-the-top style, then this movie will be exactly what it should be. A serious Speed Racer movie would just be wrong.

I saw this trailer tonight when I went to see the Golden Compcfdnvz.

The trailer was the highlight of the night. I even had sex before the movie and it was still the highlight of the night. I even had Buger King before the movie and it was still the highlight of the night.

It should be like that Speed Racer episode on Dexter's Laboratory. Otherwise it'd suck. The CG racing scenes look horrible (even for CG). The trailer is interesting, but I just hope they don't take it seriously. The main reason I liked Speed Racer was because of how over-the-top and ridiculous it was.

Are you guys kidding? This looks awful to me. Some of the scenes almost look like something out of a 360 or PS3 cutscene or something.

Then again, I'm not that acquainted with the original Speed Racer, so I guess therein lies my fault.

Interestins trailer, the driving cgi looks absolutely dire, but Bi is making his American debut.
