Now, I know this is old and there is already a three month old topic (necro rules apply), but now that the project is nearing four months old, what does everyone think about it. By the way, for those in the dark:

Anyways, I downloaded on Day 1 and easily my favorite track is Mark of the Beatsmith. Just something about it makes it awesome. Crystal Sermon, Ahead on Our Rave, Lunatic Moon, Every Story Begins With A Name, J-E-N-O-V-A Celestial are all high points for me in this project. (Listening to Ahead on Our Rave as we speak, fucking awesome song)

I'm listening to a couple of tracks right now, and they are pretty cool. I dont mind if Square milks FFVII musically, because as this album proves. There is a lot of room for the individual artist's interpretation of each song. And FFVII had a sweet soundtrack to begin with.

This site has a more appealing design than my school's website could ever hope to have

Also how many freaking Digg-type sites are there

Edit: I like how they turned the Jenova theme into like TIESTO music

Uh, it perfectly recreates a style I would associate with modern trance music, in fact I actually thought it was a specific one I'd heard

I made a topic to discuss this awhile ago and even now I still listen to the album.

Blind did a great job on both trance tracks he made, really proffesional, but 'Every story begins with a name' along with frozenlandscape has got to be the best tracks on there, both for hard beats and classical composition,   Adrenalyne kyck is win for the DnB tracks

EDIT: also, did anyone else notice that Deliverance of the heart used the same samples as "maybe tomorrow' from poets of the fall, you can hear it faintly in the beginning and ending of "maybe tomorrow"

I've had my favourite tracks from here for a while now, but only now do i realise how badass the 'Hurry!' track is.

Particularily excellent piece of music.

My biggest problem with a lot of the remixes is they start off like an orchestrated version of the song, and I really enjoy it, but then it's like BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM TECHNO MOTHERFUCKER.

It wouldn't be so bad if the techno didn't sound completely identical, with the exception of the melody.

I downloaded this as soon as it came out, and Hydrophone Breakdown is my favorite.  Good project overall, though not the best OverClocked ReMix has to offer.  That might be Kong in Concert.

Also, if you don't know, ocremix.org has lots more good shit if you're not familiar with the site.
The RM2k Conglomerate I don't do much with RPG Maker anymore, but if you're interested, you can check out my archive of crappy games, primarily made 7-9 years ago.
