Hello, Gaming World.

As you may have noticed, I am no longer an administrator. I really can't get into details as to what has happened, but... I've really done something truly terrible.

So suffice to say, as of today (Tuesday, March 11th, 2008) I am no longer a part of the Gaming World forums or website. I'm sorry that I will not be around.

Keeping this short, I'll end by letting you all know that the staff is now looking for new Admins, and you are asked to submit a resume by Private Message to DragonSlayer. Anyone may apply.

It is with a heavy heart that I must also express my recommendation of Alexander Morou. It was not an easy decision to make following the resignation of such a loved and valued member of Gaming World society, but, alas, a decision that was inevitable.

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.

Hey, you guys might be sad that he is going but you have no idea what has been going on behind closed doors. As far as I'm concerned I'm glad you are gone, you are a despicable person and I hope you spend the rest of your life reflecting on what you have done.

Isn't this sort-of burning your boats, considering that rami does most of the site maintenance around here?

That guy is so friendly and helpful and it must've been one hell of a wrong to counterbalance all those rights that he's done over the years.

If this is legit it is a seriously bad day for GW.

Man, I think your pretty fucking gross too for thinking that because one of ONE ACTION that someone did due to a lifestyle choice that he has NO CONTROL over is enough to label them a "despicable person" and shun them from society.

For everyone who doesn't think this is serious, you're dead wrong.

ramirez didn't want to get into details because he's so ashamed of what he's done. Unfortunately now that Dada has outed him... I guess there's nothing left to say... we can't keep it a secret.

He was given the choice of being forcibly removed and having his mistake revealed, or stepping down and keeping what little dignity he still had.

I can't say I feel sorry for him, but it is pretty unfortunate it had to come out like this.

Dada, you should know better than anyone that mod problems don't leave the mod forum. You were given the privilege to continue having access after being removed and you've abused it.

Is it safe to assume it is naught but a mismatch of timing as an offset to UTC [Coordinated ][/Coordinated] and not as a sign that my application is not being considered. With that said I am disappointed,
