I lived to 94 once and that was with medium foods/house etc. I died of general age complications too, as opposed to the more common infection.

Edit: I was affected by a flood once, all it did was take money away in damages, though.

I got a torrent of this sometime last year and it is the best game ever. I am going to start playing it again now.

One time I was born to I think a 15 year old mother and 18 year old father. Then when I was 5 or so they had another kid.

By the way guys, I was finally effected by a natural disaster. All it says is that "your family has been effected" and it doesn't really impact you much else. If it did lower your stats/ monies... it wasn't enough to notice.

Nah. I got affected by a flood and it actually came up saying "There was a flood in xx, xxx people where hurt and xxxxxxxxxxx were affected. You and your family were personally affected by this. You lost xxxxxxx xx in damages." and it took like a zillion whatever currency I was using.

So maybe you didn't really really get affected by it.

Well yeah I guess different disasters affect in different ways. Famine probably puts food prices up, wheras floods damage homes and volcanoes just kill you.

Yeah, that's basically what it does. Everything follows strict statistics. Sure, you can win the lottery in this game, but your chances are as good as winning a REAL lottery. Man if I win the lottery in this game I will shoot myself.

If storms happen in your country, but rarely affect you, then that storm, in real life, probably statistically never hits your area. But yeah I've played about 5 lives in this game, it's pretty fun, although not a whole lot you can do. The live I tried to make the worst was one of my best lives. I dropped out of school early and moved to some other country and ended up rich. I was also bi.
