hey did anybody notice how clever my post was

edit: actually maybe it's not as clever if you have a different screen resolution but i think it should still work (huh what the fuck is he talking about)

I really have to commend IGN for a job well done. This far exceeds anything I would have expected to see on April Fools.

What I enjoy is going to YouTube and seeing how many people believes this is real.

I saw the preview, and I wasn't impressed, it looks really dumb. Some of the visuals with the enemies looked great, but otherwise... *sigh* looks more like the old cartoon plotline.

Guess I was taken by April Fools.

It could work, but the script quality would have to be insane for it to work well, and some one like Peter Jackson would have have to direct ( i think he does a fantastic job on things he does).
Because i didn't notice the post date i actually thought it was real, but then i noticed a few things and realized this was a highly elaborate prank.
A good one, and I'm slightly miffed it isn't real. Still i am impressed with what they did (cept Gannondorf didn't look right) and i still hope (even to this day) that a real LOZ film will be made.

I'm actually sad that this isn't real, yea it would have been real awful and all that but it looks pretty fun ha ha. I wonder if IGN tried to make serious Zelda movie or if it was something that Uwe Boll would have created. In any case it's really a great prank. It would have been so easy to create some boring 10 second teaser showing some shadows and such, but they actually went through all this trouble!

It's too bad that Michael Jackson is playing link.

Also, Ganondorf looks like a large version of The Leprachaun.

Otherwise, it looks cool, and I just hope that it isn't a joke. Though, it looks like it is.

Personally I'd have to go for a John Woo directed Zelda movie, with Christian Bale as Link, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Zelda, Jean Reno as Ganondorf. Michael Jackson as Tingle would be good too.
