I like how they unravelled Brock and fleshed him out more. He use to just be a bodyguard that was like a member of the family, but after I saw the episode where he almost killed Doc for getting that orb and the stuff he's done in the episodes after that, I like him a lot more.

no, actually, I don't think he did! it really surprised me that he died and not 21, because 21 brought up the fact that they were like "those guys on TV that never get shot" and it was 24 who said not to jinx it. that and I want 21 to die so bad. just kidding I couldn't kill either of them.

their best comedy seems to operate in duos. watch and ward. 21 and 24. the moppets (they were really great and creepy this season). doe and cardholder. it's insane. i'm really disappointed

edit: yeah, they really brought out brock, especially in the day camp episode where Orpheus notes that Brock immediately kills anyone who doesn't give him respect

why would they bother? rusty doesn't bother to do any work unless he'll get in trouble otherwise (like the kid who got disemboweled by that gorilla) and he is one of the monarch's henchmen otherwise. i think he's gone for good. as much as i hate it, that was probably the point of killing him - to send up 'invincible' characters.

I might have just watched it wrong but didn't 24 get out of the car just before it exploded? Or did the explosion engulf him too? I don't think he actually died is what I'm saying. Helper definitely died though. Poor Helper

[everyone ][/everyone] He did get out of the car, but I'm pretty sure he died because his severed head landed on 21. Of course, 24 could've gotten out of the car long before it exploded, and the butterfly guy who was waving before dying could've just been another henchman, 24 does look very similar to the other henchman.

the army of OSI agents marched against the army of Henchmen ("murderflies", ie. season 2 finale) was a fantastic setup by brock, and then out comes the pedophile with an army of naked teenage foetuses (foeti? foetux?). capped off with brock's "oh... my bad." moment and it was almost as good as david bowie vs iggy pop for a climactic showdown
