What do you mean by "chapters" Kezay? I hope you don't mean "days" because the actual game does go beyond 7 Reaper game days. I thought it would end at the final day too.

Just kidding, I actually crested that point earlier today.  This game is pretty damn awesome the more it develops.

This game has alot of useless features for example...you get exp for every hour you dont play the game
But you can beat the game in like 4 hours,and then when you beat it you can replay the whole thing to obtain "Files" that tell you obious things about the game

Gameplay owns.

The Secret Reports are pretty obvious at start, but as you collect more and more, there are just things that aren't explained in-game, and new things alltogether. There being a Producer next to the Composer and Conductor,  for example.

Also, I think 4 hours is only possible if you skip through all text and keep the gameplay on 'easy' at all costs.

Question

Regarding Taboo/Black Noise:  That Rhinoceros noise that apparently can only be attacked from the back, is there an easier way to fight it?  For one, I can't seem to do jack against it using Joshua and two, the Fusion attack always does "0" as if it's being blocked.  The only way I can hit it is if I'm using Neku and am lucky enough to dash around it and use the icicle pin/psyche.  I've beaten two already (one that was colored in the beginning and one as a black noise encounter, but apparently you end up fighting more, just wanting a heads up in case)

The Taboo versions of Noise have less HP than their normal counterparts most of the time, and the only time you can really damage him is when you have the Light Puck (that green ball thing that goes to the other character once you make a combo). Thing is, the Rhino-Noise is, indeed, only able to be damaged from the back, so you have two things to worry about.

But yeah, remember the Light Puck thing, it's very important for fighting Taboo Noise.

Also, you must now change your subtitle to The Zetta Jawesome One.

Minamimoto really is the best GM. And I guess I only say that because I felt smart after finding out the first puzzle.

Managed to beat the game a few days ago, though I'm not just embarking on the extra stuff you can do afterward.

I just bought this game lastnight, it really is one of the freshest games out there now.

I don't really mind the graphics, and whatever, it's just so much fun, and it actually keeps my attention.

I went and bought a DS last week just to play Pokemon, but now I'm glad I got one, and this game, and and and and I NEED SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT ELSE TO BUY (hint hint kezay)

Games to check out, eh?  Well, not knowing what your gaming interests specifically are I'll take a couple shots in the dark or something:

- All things Ace Attorney - Phoenix Wright, Phoenix Wright: Justice for All, Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations and Apollo Justice.
- Contra IV
- The Legend of Zelda: Phantom  Hourglass
- Ninja Gaiden DS
- Advance Wars: Days of Ruin
- Sonic Rush Adventure

And if you can manage to find them:

- Trauma Center: Under the Knife (sequel comes out this Summer I think)
- Kirby Canvas Curse
- Lost Magic

I suppose that will do for now, there are a few others I'd recommend.

Has anyone figured out what happens if you get all the files? Im too lazy to do it..unless it worth it like a brand new chapter or something.

Well, you get a crapload of extra information, such as How Minamimoto knew how to summon Taboo Noise, and you get an extra cutscene if you watch the ending again.

Also, to get the last Secret Report, you have to Fight Hanekoma. How cool is that?

Oh, and @ Oakland, Megaman ZX and its sequel Megaman ZX Advent are awesome buys.

Oh, well then most of the traditional Nintendo games are pretty decent then.  Mario Kart DS, Animal Crossing Wild World, Yoshi's Island 2, New Super Mario Bros. (screw the haters, though admittedly it's pretty easy).  If you're into puzzlers, Meteos and Planet Puzzle League are tops and  I'd also give a nod to Elite Beat Agents as far as rhythm/music games are concerned.

Anyway, I just checked a similar thread over at Neogaf an hour or so ago and it's pretty insane how much crap you can do in this game AFTER you beat it.  I thought some of the stuff I was doing already was enough to have on my plate as far as replayability is concerned, but compared to what I've been reading I'm only scraping the bottom of the barrel. O_o

What does the real Shiki look like, I know it shows a small clip of her, but I want to see like a full shot of her!!

As for Mr. H, try collecting all the secret reports and getting a final segment of the game for the secret ending. (what I'm working on now)  I don't know all the details but apparently the truth about Mr.H and Joshua is apparently spelled out a bit further.

As for Shiki, that small clip is apparently all you're going to get.
