Bad is when you drink everyday, when ya wake in hospital after almost dieing from alcohol poisoning, when you wake up on a park bench not knowing how you got there, suddenly realising you are standing in the middle of the road at 5am in the morning with cars dodging you.

And anyone here who takes the piss out of alcoholics can just fuck off.

But if he's unable to type anything that is human readable I wonder what else he may do while intoxicated.

I think Kaworu just gets a little buzzed and thinks (at the time) what he's doing is funny. Which I think it is pretty funny sometimes, when I can make out what the fuck he's saying.

What? I didn't mean it like that at all. What I mean is it may not be as bad as everyone immediately thinks. I mean a lot of people enjoy having a drink and loads do silly things. It doesn't mean they are drinking themselves to death.  Obviously if Wayne is suffering from personal problems and he is drinking loads to help block out his problems then he does have a problem and it would be great if he can realize this and get himself help.

I was not implying "oh once a week thats coool man no worries!!". I am a recovering alcoholic and have recently finished 12 weeks of therapy to help me battle through it. So I know what its like being down in the dumps. Anyone here who thinks alcoholics are something to just make fun out of are idiots.

I don't know how serious Wayne's problem is but I hope its not too severe.

This is true but the only person who can really intervene is himself and I hope he does before it gets out of control. It's good how you guys are being supportive.

Kaworu if you are suffering dude don't let it get worse. After all the further down you go the longer it takes to get back up. I hope you can sort out whatever problems you have and if you need a chat I can always pop on MSN. 

i dunno! plenty of times i've gotten really drunk, had full conversations that went on for ages, made posts and even topics which are typed pretty competently the only thing is they are weird/awful and i don't remember them at all. so kaworu might be real fucked up - but i actually hadn't noticed anything at all and i thought this topic was a joke before i clicked on it.

everyone who is saying heh drinkin' rules in this topic just doesn't get what it's like. i'm not gonna call you all idiots, cos it's probably a good thing you just don't know, but it isn't helping anything? if anything needs to be helped. i mean, that last post steel quoted was pretty depressing but whatever.
