Man, I should totally post steel's last FM thing on this. The Hard-Fi covers were god awful.

They should seriously be ashamed of that. I mean, Jesus christ.

man that is easily the worst cover I've ever seen

I don't know what the english word for it, but this reeks of "trass" (just doing something opposite as the standard for the sole purpose of being different)

I was always pretty embarassed to have these in my collection.



It's not so much the content of this one but just the colours and empty space. I like simple albums but I just think this one is pretty ugly.



I get the whole PSYCHADELIC theme but this one's just ugly. The whole PSYCH-PURPLE WHOA YIN-YANG. Great artist but come on man

NOW FOR SOME GOOD ONES:



This was just an album cover I really liked. It was simple, used EMPTY SPACE correctly and had nice simple colours. It's probably nothing specialy to you guys but I wanted to show it as an example of how to NOT do the peace orchestra route above.



It's psychadelic but it has personality.

It's hard for me to really say THESE ARE GOOD ALBUM COVERS because all the ones I have lying around my collection are NEAT but not GOOD if you know what I mean. They work as album covers but they're not going to make anybody laugh or THINK. They just look.
