I used to LOVE this game when I was little. I think it was one of the first games I owned.

It's The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain.

I used to play Castle of Dr. Brain a lot when I was young, and it's the best game in the series imo. Used to like it a lot, dunno how good it'd be now though.
