Go ahead. The game is DEAD CONNECTION, it's for arcade (perhaps it got a console release?). Obtain a copy of it, any way you can and PLAY IT! It's even two player, fun for everyone!edit oh and it features:- SUPER DESTRUCTIBLE ENVIRONMENTS- DIFFERENT WEAPONS INCLUDING TOMMY GUN (would it be complete without it?)- four playable character (lol palette swap) (I wonder why there's no four player..)- MORE THAN ONE STAGE OMG- GANSTERS THAT'S ALWAYS A PLUS- SHOOT FROM WINDOWS, GO UP STAIRS, HIDE BEHIND WALL AND SHOOT, COOL JUMP LIKE MAX PAYNE (but without slo-mo crap), YOU CAN OPEN DOORS, AND SOME MAPS FEATURE TRAPS- DID I MENTION THAT THE LEVELS ARE DESTRUCTIBLE!?- ah there's the caps lock!

All I can tell is that it is Japanese and an NES game.  It looks to be based off some sort of anime, but maybe that's just the way all Japanese games look.
