Nah, the Wheel of Time game was an FPS. And a really bleak and colorless one, if the demo I played was any indication.

That looks like either an strategy or god game of some sort.

I'd say it's one of them adventure games where you control your character(s, if there are more, mostly something near 7) using your mouse than rather your keyboard or whatever. Like Silver.
