Nah it's the same one. Originally he posted Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny (very good game!) and it was guessed. Later I think he posted this screenshot and "Drakengard" was guessed (wrong game) and then the several hour rule meant someone posted a new pic. This game looks like a crappy predecessor to Realms of Arkania (the layout and stuff), also Chef revealed he didn't play it for too long before he discovered it to be so bad he couldn't play it anymore.

I don't know what it is but annoyingly enough I can confirm that it is none of the Realms of Arkania trilogy (Blade of Destiny, Star Trail, Shadows Over Riva)

I would imagine so. I believe it's a DOS based game. Even the first Elder Scrolls game is beyond this. Whatever game this is, it must be pretty old-school.
