I think I will actually do this. I had no idea that they did that. Here's guessing that along with Call of Duty and friends that the price of them spitting on my FF7 has quadrazillioned or because GAME have taken over (Game are dicks huh) they don't have anyone skilled enough to do it anymore...
Yesterday I tried using my dad's JML disc clinic but it's little canister of alcohol spray was long gone. I am somehow skeptical of putting a disc covered in toothpaste into my blu ray drive!
Another thing that baffles me about the 40 gig ps3 is why they don't have ps2 support on emulation given the raw grunt of the CPU...
