So, is it any good or not?

My windows installation pretty much can't hold out any longer... I last reinstalled about 2 years ago and even changed motherboard and CPU with the same installation...

So, I'm looking to reinstall this weekend but I want to know if SP3 is actually worth it or should I just stick to SP2?

Can anyone post or link a list of new features/changes from SP2?

P.S. Last I checked SP3 was pretty buggy, has this been fixed?

SP3 works great, it's a lot less improvement than SP2 was, but maybe that's a good thing because there's less to go wrong.

SP3 is basically just a collection of all the hotfixes released since SP2 with a few speed improvements so yes get SP3 there's no reason not to.
