Basically political topics were much more prevalent at GW back in the day, and even though everyone did their fair share of blasting each other I somehow gained this reputation as the ONE GUY who likes to argue all the time.  It got so bad that Bart edited and locked my custom title to something like "I am king of the internets i like to argue about EVERYTHING." 

For those of you who didn't know or weren't surprised to find out that he is currently campaigning to get a democrat in the senate, Truth used to be ultra-tits-in-your-face-conservative.  He and this other guy (videogamer3x or videogamer3000 or some shit) used to have these masturbatory girltalk sessions in which they would make these outlandish claims about the bible and president Bush.  They were my mortal enemies and there was literally about a YEAR of debate that ensued.

After Bart edited my account, Truth apparently realized that mods/admins were sorta keeping an eye on me.  He set up some topic (that I don't remember anything about) with the sole intent of saying some ridiculous shit that he knew would raise my blood pressure.  I took the bait and I guess someone within the administration decided that it was a good time to ban me, thus ending my perilous reign of terror.

Probably the most memorable thing that ever happened was Truth's GOD BLESS AMERICA thread on memorial day.  Something got me going and one of my replies was something along the lines of "Fuck your country, fuck your president, and fuck your god that you use to justify the senseless killings."  This later was changed by Truth and I couldn't post anywhere without him quipping FUCK YOUR GOD FUCK YOUR BUSH at me.

So yeah that's how it happened.

EDIT:  Oh yeah I hated Turkpimp too, but that subsided when I thought he/she died.  I didn't find out that that was a joke until a couple of weeks ago, and now my emotions are just sort of tattered.

yeah that one of the things i miss about OLD GW. there were much more people with conflicting opinions (and more active people in general) so the debates were always more fun heh heh

I'm usually not very reactionary on the net, the worst I'll do is throw a few swear words up so people blowing up or generally being gigantic dicks is pretty funny! I'm sure I'll do something really dumb some day though, it's bound to happen as I get older and more jaded.

This is very true and it kinda exposes a lot of people who enjoy being dicks but put on a facade in real life.

I try to treat people online like I would in real life (I'm probably a lot nicer than in real life a lot of the time, even) but this isn't really a conscious decision, I just don't get a kick out of being a wanker like a lot of people seem to!

Also I hate calling it 'real life' but I can't think what else to call it. I guess that kinda reinforces the whole "teh internet is not real!" thing.

I don't think I take what happens on the internet very seriously other than like, my drawing and creative stuff and whatnot. I try to take internet arguments with a grain of salt, though on the other hand I try not to be a ddddick. I sometimes have a hard time knowing how to react when SHIT SUDDENLY GOES REAL like when someone I only know on the Internet tells me about crazy or depressing personal stuff happening to them RIGHT NOW, which happens to me very often for some reason.
I don't really mind people talking about tough crazy shit that happened in the past, because I mean, its behind them now, my reaction isn't that important. But when the story is something happening right now, I fear that if I react badly, it could make things worse. So typically I am sort of evasive of such things and try to ask questions or just listen to the story without commenting. I guess I'm not a verrry good listener (or maybe I'm doing it right actually!)

I think people shouldn't really be too much sensitive on the internet, really. It's just going to make you more depress. I sometime upset by some stupid on the internet but now I've learned to let it go. There's really no use in arguing because most of them won't read. It isn't like having a real conversation where you can explain any ambiguity in your message. Less arguing, more game making :P

Anyway, I agree with Feldschlacht IV. I hate it when people are rude on the internet and their excuse is "LOLZ ITZ DA INTRENET"

Also most of the time stuff doesn't bother me, but when some guy posted a video about mkkmypet recently, I got really, really mad. Most of the time I blow this stuff off or think it's funny, but this is disgusting and horrible and this guy is a real piece of shit. Everything is wrong with this person. He's sexualizing a twelve year old. He's a sexist and is targeting her because she's a girl. He thinks this is funny. haoeirthaoerithaoierthoa most of these gamesmasterjasper guys I just find kind of dumb, but I think this guy is garbage.

I laugh at the arguements that come in forums, youtube, and other internet discussing places. I always get a kick out of it, but usually I end the conversation if they plan on using insults like "You have the brain capacity of a fucking 3rd grader." etc. Then I usually end the conversation, cause I don't feel like dealing with flamers.

But on occasion I'll have some fun by just pissing the individual off... (if he really deserves it, I'm not a person to target a random internet browser.)

In short, I laugh at other people's suffering besides my own!
