I study a program for a Master in Information Technology, or alternatively a Swedish Civilingenjör degree (slightly shorter than the master).
My schedule is highly irregular since this fall is filled with a project.
I'll be working in a group with five fellow students and one economy student as project manager. We are employed as a consulting firm by a fictional company to develop a robotic storage system. The whole structure of the course is supposed to imitate how a real development project in a company would work, which is pretty awesome! I am really looking forward to it and hope it'll be the best part of my program so far :)

The whole fall is 30 ECTS points, divided in 15 project points and 15 individual course points. The individual courses are:
Numerical Algorithms
Ethics
Work Group Psychology
Business Administration
System Usability Issues
Computer Hardware and Architecture
Communication Studies

The courses are integrated into the project, but we also have individual exams on each course (thus the division in 15/15 between project and individual courses).
In the project, we have divided the work so each group member has a primary responsibility. I will be working with the Numerical Algorithms and Communication Studies, which is pretty good because apparently the exam in Num Alg is really hard. The course consists of a lot of Matlab labs and work, which fits me well because I like Matlab :)
Hopefully we will be writing all our documentation in LaTeX which makes the Com Studies part much more entertaining.

Overall I will be having a pretty packed schedule once the project starts rolling, since we will be planning out work hours and such to make sure things get done on time.

I think you're forgetting that classes have OUT OF CLASS stuff like homework and studying pal.

Well the thing is that a lot of people like me go to school full time as well as have serious jobs in order to generate enough income to go to college.  That's what I meant.

I prefer to only have a break for lunch, besides that I like my classes as early as I can get them and as close together as possible with there being just a (roughly) one hour gap.  You can't make any time-consuming plans during the week if your classes are spread throughout the day.  For instance, if I want to go out somewhere and shop or eat or something, I can't do it if I only have a small period of time before I have another class or something like that.  I'd rather have my free time be in big blocks.

I'm both happy and sad with the fact that my high school only delivers two college credit courses per semester. Happy because it means I leave for school at seven in the morning, but get out at 10:52 every day. Sad because it's sort of wasted time, seeing as how if I wasn't in effin' Louisiana I could probably take a LOT more classes that'll prepare me for college, and save me time in the long run.

English 1010 - 7:45 - 9:17
College Algebra - 9:20 - 10:52

same, especially if you want to be able to have plans to go out or something in the evening, which are rendered useless if you've got RANDOM CLASS AT 6 on thursday or something

I have a pretty decent schedule this semester, but I'm not really gonna bother posting it.  I'm mopping up the last of the core curriculum so I'm only taking 13 hours and it's gonna be spent on bullshit like astronomy and psychology.  Fuck the stars.

Granted, general psychology is probably going to shape up into a cool class I'm really tired of wasting time studying shit that has little-to-no application to my, you know, field of study.  Next year all of my classes will be in one building and I'll be spending literally every credit hour in front of the welcoming, radiant glow of a computer screen.

Oh and I'm also working damn near full time in the Tire/Lube center at my local Wal-Mart so I hardly have enough free time to pass gas.  I just loosed a royal shit cloud here in the computer lab though and I think the guy next to me just noticed!

For my fall quarter I have one class:
Business Communication: Monday and Wednesday 1:00pm - 3:20pm

That's what happens when you're 4 classes away from graduating, and skipped them the first time around because 5 classes a quarter is way too much.  Having only Fridays to do things was never good, so instead of taking all 5 classes every quarter I skipped one (or 2 my winter quarter...  6 classes is really pushing it)

My winter quarter, I'll have 2 more classes (hopefully), and my Spring quarter, I'll finish with a degree in Digital Media

Spanish I (to get into a college easier, I really don't want to take this)
Algebra II
Art I
World History
Modern Literature
Ochestra (upright bass) and Band (bari sax)
Public Speaking

I don't take AP classes mainly because I like being able to get like 98% in all of my classes without having to work hard at all. I have like a 3.9 GPA because of this.

1.) Spanish 7
2.) AP Calc BC
3.) AP Physics: Electricity and Magnetism
4.) AP Gov
5.) Orchestra
6.) AP English Lit.

Yeah, the reason why I take these APs is because I can't stand the other classes. Mainly, I can't stand the students in them. They're pretty stupid, and besides, my friends are in the APs, so whatevs. Whether or not I get college credit for these classes, I don't care. Besides, my friend happened to use them to replace an entire year of work. That's a nice plus.

so i switched from mech engineering, a very lucrative field, to a worthless double major in astrophysics/physics. at least grad school doesnt cost, although ill be living pretty poorly for the next 10 years.

anyway i have:

honors electromagnetism
honors calculus multivariable
astronomy 207
physics lab 191
chem 142

Wow way to go Marmot. Seriously, mech engineering is really in demand these days. Why did you switch???

yeah, I guess the whole --god forbid-- responsibility thing would be a big turn off. I like a good physics problem myself, but I really can't imagine being an engineer. I'm just not mathematically inclined. By the way, good luck fleshing out that first manned trip to mars (astrophysics...?). Or McDonalds, whichever comes first.

ahahahahahaahah what is wrong with you

responsability? my classes are a billion times more work and difficult than some shitty statics class. ill be working my ass off for the next years much more compared to some foreman faggot. in fact, ill be discovering the laws that will make an engineering degree to be worthwhile in the first place.

i dont think ill be flipping burguers in mc donalds. i am a smart guy and i will go to a good grad school and get  my phd on physics.
