I started watching this, it's pretty good so far. It doesn't have any dubbed episodes yet, but I read somewhere that Funimation is suppose to pick up the series. This will do a better job explaining what it is/about.

He appears to be Amber's right-hand man, carrying out operations necessary to the Evening Primrose. His remuneration is the consumption of boiled eggs - a fact he does not like due to the cholesterol in them.

The whole contractor idea of the series is really well done and its a pretty cool idea overall.  This is a great series.  It has a really cool plot line and is pretty deep, but if you're not even into that, its got enough cool fight scenes for the most action-savvy.

The show is pretty excellent. The developing themes later on are really well done once it breaks away from the mission based plot flow in the first part.
