The enemies in later levels become almost completely immune to force powers, storm troopers gain force fields that make them immune to force grip, some become invincible to force lightning, and then there is the imperial purge troopers who just rip you to shreds and believe me the only force power worth leveling up is lightning, it is the only once which can deal decent damage.

I know this game isn't amazing, but I don't get why they'd waste money on iPhone, mobile phone, N-Gage, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation Portable versions, but not even consider a PC release. I'm sure there's a better game I could argue this for, but I'm just sick of seeing these POS portable versions of games while nothing is done about the PC version.

Yeah I could maybe get that but an N-GAGE release? what the hell seriously.

Just finished the game, it was immensely satisfying and despite the fact people say it has no replay value I'm going back and redoing it to get all the bonus objectives and extra lightsabers and max out my levels and play it on the hardest difficulty and shieeeeeeet.

Steel: the video doesn't work for me because I'm not an American, what's that all about?

check your bonus objective and FORCE POINTS or whatever in the last stage, they never finished programming it so it says INSERT LINE HERE instead of anything.

That's pretty bad that the bonus objective is *Default Text*, and I bet the star destroyer bit will be a pain, but so far I've found it really fun, and I've only glitched once, or twice if you count falling, but landing on a small ledge yet remaining in the falling pose.

I don't know.  I just never have high expectations for games.  As long as they are fun enough to kill a few hours, I'm good.

50+ bucks for killing a few hours? do you guys not have dicks or something? because I can totally play with my dick for a few hours, i attach weight to my penis to stretch it out for my cat to swing at, this is what we do in my house.

no but for real maybe im just cheap as hell (i am) but 50 bucks for a game with the shit they talked about in that review (a glitch prevented the reviewer from WALKING THROUGH A DOOR) doesn't seem worth it idk just me????

I recently made a rule for myself that I wouldn't buy a new game unless it lasts for atleast 30 hours which would justify the higher cost. Keep in my mind that I'm not saying that the game itself has to be over 30 hours long but that when you add up the time spent with multiplayer/extras, side-missions or just replaying it on harder difficulties or just for fun it has to add up to over 30 hours.
This game doesn't seem like it would meet that goal so I s'pose I'll just rent it or something.

Wii version is the only one with multiplayer.
Oh wow. With Jedi Academy MP doing so great why wouldn't they implement it in this one? Well that just told me i'm not buying this.

Not to mention the modding posibilities on a PC version. I doubt the handheld versions
will be any good anyway.

PSP version is apparently pretty good. Not the best video and confused as to why the main character is holding the lightsaber differently.

You have to understand this isn't Jedi Academy in any way. JA MP would be great, but that means NOTHING for this game.

this game would be so much better with the force techniques from the Super Star Wars series, I think they perfected force action.

I was checkin' to see if this would come out for PC and apparently it's not because they didn't want to "punish" those with low spec computers and force them run the game with everything on low. Of course even with everything on low it would still look better than the freaking ps2/psp. Like almost every star wars release was also released for pc, they're cutting off a big part of their fan base. Of course the real reason for them not releasing it for PC is probably because they don't wanted it pirated and torrented.

EDIT: Also one of the reasons given for why it wouldn't be released for PC is because you'd need a $4,000 dollar PC to play the game properly. Hahahah. Here's the quote

[blockquote]VideoGamer.com: We're a multiplatform website and some of our PC-owning readers have complained about this.

CS: And that's something that every time I read that, we do hear that complaint, it hurts. Our goal was we wanted to get this game to as many people as possible. I definitely wish it had been possible. However the PC being the gaming platform that it is, someone with a $4,000 high-end system would definitely be able to play the Euphoria, the DMM and really technical elements of the game. But someone with a low-end PC would have a watered down experience, they would have to turn all the settings down and it wouldn't be the same game. On the other hand if we made that game for as many people as possible, because we are trying to make mass market games, something that everybody can enjoy, well then it's not taking advantage of what those $4,000 systems can do. So one way or the other depending on how you build that lead PC SKU, it's not going to be for the same amount of people, it's going to be not as good or only for a select few people.

That said we're definitely not out of the PC market. It's just with our choice for this game, with the known quantity for the consoles, and every console is the same with the same processing power, it made sense for us to develop for those consoles.[/blockquote]

Which is hilarious because the PS3/360 version are pretty plain looking.

The real reason is probably because they didn't want to support the game with multiple patches.  Considering it's been pointed out that the console version is already incomplete I couldn't imagine how buggy and awful a pc release would be like.

Yeah, this doesn't make any sense. The processing power excuse is bullshit because it just means WE'RE TOO LAZY TO PORT IT rather than anything else.

Stuff is usually cheaper for PC so I might have picked it up if it was out on PC.

Also that *Default Text* thing in the last level is awful. How can you release a game with something like that still in it?

I finally got this at blockbuster for the 360 and so far I'm having alot of fun with it.

I like the direction they went and the force powers are great, slinging random shit is so fun.

The jedi/sith battles are pretty crazy too and even though I've been playing on normal mode its still challenging.

I REALLY wish they would've made it like academy with online duels and stuff because I would actually buy this game and not stop playing it ever. I also wish you could get duel/double sabers too because I like different fighting styles.

This game is pretty fun but they didn't do nearly as much with it as they should've (online)
