I was in the subway station today when I passed this musician playing what may be one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. I've had songs give me chills before, but this one almost brought me to tears. It was really really weird, and I suddenly thought of this topic.

But I had already put my token in the machine and would be wasting a token to go back out and give him money... maybe he'll be there again some day.

(I feel weirdly sentimental today.)
