Barberella.
It's totally camp, and enjoyable. The choice in actors and bizarre and many of them cannot really perform their roles well, allthough the film is utterly hillarious because of this. Some of them are treating it as an over the top pantomime comedy, some like a serious movie, and the clash of acting styles is so strong, it almost appears deliberate. The 60's lounge music creates a nice relaxing world, and some of the visuals (like the labyrinth for example) are really strong and surreal. Though the direction leaves much to be desired.
I thought it'd be a pretty sexist film, but to be honest it was a lot more about female sexuality than COR BLIMEY! CRACK ONE OFF AT HER TITS, which is what modern females in action films tend to be like. yeah there's a lot in it for the guys, Jane Fonda basically playing a 90 minute game of dressup and strip tease, and really really hot costumes, but she's always in control of it, and it doesn't seem to be used in a way to demean her or treat her like an object.
It's a true product of the 60's, an utterly camp yet totally sexual film, and one it doesn't make you feel like a mysogonist for enjoying.
