A warrior keeping up with a mage is pretty nice anyway.

Nope, #2. Besides, the guy who got #1 was some scrub 3-minute mage so it doesn't really matter since they don't have souls.

How is that different from a Warrior executing everything in sight?

I've been leveling up a Draenei Paladin and just dinged level 67 last night. I thought I would finally contribute to the thread and post some screens of my Draenei Journey!


Starting off, I notice a lot of really interesting quests in the Draenei area. I was turned into a tree!


After much work in Azuremyst Isle, I was granted my very own [Tabard ][/Tabard] for my efforts.


My next step into become a light warrior, was to complete my [Verigan's ][/Verigan's] trial. (to this date, I still keep it in my bank!)

Upon being able to tame a wild elekk and  convince him to let me ride him around, I was non stop hounded with people telling me "ur elephanzt iz cul!" (I had the first one on the server)


After swearing that I would not stop grinding the Blasted Lands until I received a [Flawless ][/Flawless] I was determined to get one to drop. Eight hours later ...


I wanted my boomerang really bad, so I just had to do the linken quest line! (that boomerang has killed many fleeing mages in outlands FYI)


Hitting level 58, I was granted access to the Outlands. My best friend Denizen (who quit his draenei alt, and lvl'd his warrior and left me alone!!!@!@!) put me to the test before I could gain entrance. (we dueled, he let me win.)


Leveling up in the Outlands was a breeze, 6 hours after hitting lvl 58, I was lvl 60.


This led me to my first epic, an epic mount! Look at the elephant roar!


I took off to fight the Fel Orcs on the Ramparts of Hellfire Citadel, and the rest is history.

Three more levels until I reach the famed "level 70... ooooOOoo..."

We actually killed him (Maulgar) last Sunday but my screenshot became corrupt so I had to get the GM to send me the one he took, (which is crappy and doesn't contain the actual body but hey, thats what happens when people are foaming at the mouths about a bosskill  ​), it also has a shammy taking a piss off to the left  ​.


I hate that boss, so much so it turned me emo for a day. I also keep hearing "I WANT THIS NIGHTMARE TO BE OVER" in my head over and over.... :/

Happens often with casters. Both have low health, get off those shadowbolts. Dead.

The nerf on this guy put him back around the level he should be at for the instance hes in. Its still a hard fight, with plenty of DPS and co-ordination needed, but wheras before if you were anywhere near someone else during a shatter you just died, now you can avoid all but the very worst placed shatters with proper positioning (and people not being retarded of course). Before it was very easy to wipe to a bad shatter because even a few DPS dead early made it very tough to burn through his vast HP in time.

Post nerf we killed him on the second night of tries, albeit potted up, after a few unsuccessful attempts at the old version. So he is very doable now!

I also took the wrong set of Warbringer Legs like an idiot, (and the DPS set are shite btw), which used up my one time per account item swap, but oh well ​.
