Well this patch certainly made pve a complete joke. My guild got KJ to 25% and his final phase.... and we just facerolled him down. Oh well, if anyone wants to see Sunwell or BT or whatever, nows the time, you can take probably any group in there, fart at the bosses and they just die.
that was the point of the whole patch! they're retiring TBC content, but giving people a reason to revisit old content til WotLK comes out. It's a "hey look at these couple of shiny things (ACHIEVEMENTS & TALENTS) while we go finish up this expansion" patch. That's why they reduced the XP to get to 70 by A LOT all around on 60-70, increased the XP gain by a lot in 60-70, made all TBC easier, but added stuff like Inscription, Achievements which go all over the place on Azeroth and Outlands, etc. It's a catch up patch for the casual players (while they distract everyone else) in essence and I hope you didn't expect anything different. (sorry if you didn't, it just sounds like from the tone that you did expect something different besides everything becoming easier!) Blizzard is just trying to not repeat the mistakes of EQ where if you tried to play it now, you'd have no one to group with (literally...no one), and you have to somehow catch up on 15 expansions to get to the endgame because they never made any of the content easier! No new players come, and eventually the hardcore leave when you enviably screw up for the new shinier MMO's.
on another note, dismantle is amazing as hell! It's pretty overpowered, but oh well. Also, it doesn't really specify, but is Bladestorm immune to disarm? TBW doesn't make you immune to disarm, and they share a similar description, so...I was wondering because it'd be pretty lol if a Rogue causes dismantle and the Warrior is spinning around with his fists.
