You probably would have been better off selling it for an insane amount of g, as it really isn't THAT AMAZING to be honest.

On another note I picked up a Mark of Conquest today in zangarmarsh (yay world pvp). It's pretty awesome if you pair it with Heroism - you basically heal on every other strike (sometimes two or three times in a single strike).

Somehow I find it hard to swallow that Blizzard will just leave ZG/MC/BWL/Naxx/AQ (and really, scholo/ubrs/lbrs/strath too) as outdated instances. I mean, this was stuff they spent the last two years adding, it's weird to think they wouldn't bother updating/reworking it post expansion. maybe they will just leave them as shit, who knows, but there's probably a chance you'll get a chance to experience them, even if it's not in some EPIX RAID compacity (which is just as well because the only thing about raiding is the first couple of times where it is fresh and exciting, and not the months following where it's routine and a burden and STALE). Who knows, maybe the former 40 mans will be remade to 15-20 man instances.

I could see them upgrading the 20/40 mans, but 5 mans will probably just sit and rot, and be another way to get experience while leveling.

Weren't they adding that expert mode for instances when you reach level 70? Maybe it'll be implemented into all the level 60 instances (and maybe WC)

I could see them "nerfing" Strath/Scholo down to like ST area, a little more maybe, so that you can run them between like 54-60. from what I hear, right now anyway it might actually be easier to do 1-60 in Azeroth rather than shooting through the portal as soon as you hit 58.

Well, the mobs are a bit tougher and the competition is higher as EVERYONE is out there. I'm not basing this on extensive research or anything, it's just really crowded in Outland right now though one of the servers I play on has an unofficial truce between factions where everyone just quests so the same is probably in effect in other servers.

And even less when we get an expansion next year (?). Blizzard stated at Blizzcon that even LV70 players would not be able to take on Arthas, which obviously means more increased level caps.

And just to be on topic.. I've seen this sight a million times, but still, it always looks awesome at the right time of day.

My new character (who I started on Dec 28 or so) is up to LV41 now.. Dying to get to Outlands. I don't care about the quests or loot there, I just want to explore. I miss being able to, you know, explore new zones.
