Sonic Unleashed: The Hedgehog


Why is No-One talking About this Game? That's right, Sonic unleashed has finally Been...LOl i was gonna say "unleashed"

but let's get Serious about this. Sonic Unleashed has been released. It's time to talk about Sonic Unleashed: The Hedgehog.

The Basic Premise is that Sonic's drinking problem has gotten so severe that it has actually taken a *physical manifestation*. Normally unheard of in the Realm of science, this freak mutation becomes a danger to Sonic and all of his pals (all playable in this game: Tails, Amy, Nuckles, Robotnik, Speedy The Hedgehod). So yip you better believe Sonic turns it up to 11 and starts doing what he does best aaaaaalllll over again. I don't know about you fellows but I'm Very excited about finding out what Lies in Store for sonic and his pals. but I know, I know, "Jamicus, jamicus - we KNOW - but how about that gameplay?"

Don't worry, the gameplay is there. You're almost guaranteed to find some of the most gameplay you've ever seen in a game if you play this, uhhh you basically can't avoid if (even if you want to!!!! haha j/k). sound, graphics, music - it's all in here and you've got the value for money so you Can have a Nice Rest. I was skeptical at first, too. I needed to see the evidence. Well, here's your Freakin evidence, buddy:




So watch what you say about Sonic, because don't think I'm not listening.

Although one this is - did there really need to be as much swears in this? Seriously. I mean I wrote in a letter to Sonic Headquarters after the last game but It looks like they just ignored my advice. I actually had to press mute sometimes it got so bad. But yeah, you can do that and then the game is just perfect the only downside is you can't hear the OST. That's okay though, I had bought the Collecters Edition before the game's release and i just set the appropriate track to play with each level.

I read somewhere that there is a scene where sonic speedruns through a pedestrian crosswalk and runs through a group of schoolchildren. Apparently that wasn't very good to the schoolchildren...

I really don't know if I'm going to pick this game up. The excessive violence and alcohol abuse with one of my favorite old school videogame characters is a little too much for my tastes.

i think it'd look better if it was an entirely "Sonic the hedgehog" platformer with that 2d/3d effect without all that stupid werewolf bullshit

What's Speedy the Hedgehog? Also the werewolf concept is gay, and it looks even worse in the game.

Pirated this for my soft-modded Wii... glad I didn't pay $50 for it. I haven't gotten too far yet but from what I've played the controls feel sort of clunky to me... I don't feel like I have any control over Sonic unless I'm in the 2D mode. The controls were fine in Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2... not perfect but better than this imo. Can you even spindash in this game? If you can, you surely can't do it in the beginning which is sort of lame. At least the graphics are really good for a Wii game.
