hey lemme continue an implication here; usually when I see someone I respect posting a band, I youtube them or something. if they gush over it or really establish its credentials like catamites used to do, I just grab an album. by this note I'm surprised by the people saying WHOA PANDA or WASHCYCLE I NEVER HEARD NONE OF THIS.

does no one else do this? it's not a respect issue clearly as you are downloading a whole mixtape which seems like more work than youtubing a single song, but this kind of throws me, when chef's all SORRY I DIDNT READ YOUR POST HISTORY. okay, but did you see the posts where these bands are clearly mentioned?

hahah i like listening to a lot of different music, so especially when i compile stuff like this i try to include at least something everyone would like, although i usually also listen to music that's a lot more like pop but i figured most people here don't like that here so

so they are kind of popular I guess! I like a lot of punk womon bands but I don't really like le tigre. or vivian girls, but they aren't really punk. headphonics you would probably like vivian girls

I should make another mixtape for punk rock bands with female vocalists!! but I still haven't listened to any of pidge's recommendations from a long time ago besides the one that's in L7 and I already knew them. I gotta get on the beam.

so far I've listened to dogchode's mixtape, some of it was p good. the twilight 22 song is really gay I like it a lot
