This was my first time at NY Comic Con, and I was astounded by the sheer amount of free stuff I got (also got volume five of Scott Pilgrim signed by Brian Lee O'Malley, woooo!) I'm for sure coming next year. How do you get one of those VIP passes (beside becoming a professional)? I want to store my stuff for free while I'm shopping around the con, too.

VIP Pass is $300. Also, "next year" is October 2010 because of them working on the new Chicago con.

The notable stuff I got were a signed Boondock Saints poster, Ed Westwick autograph, and Daniel Dae Kim from Lost signature. Other than that I spent the whole 2 days at the Top Cow, Aspen, Marvel, and DC booths getting free sketches.

Okay, VIP Pass? Not worth it. I think I'll pay $3 or whatever it is to have them hold my stuff next to the coat rack. But it's too bad about it being so late NEXT year: I'm not flying to Chicago for a convention, so I guess I'll have to make do with the summer conventions (and perhaps Megacon, if it occurs at an opportune time).

I attended some panels and screenings and bought some random stuff. I must say, those Comc Con people are smart, with the ATMs on the convention floor. I haven't seen other conventions do that, and I think it's a fantastic idea.

not that much of a burn since they changed their image. prior to that the lead singer looked like mkkmyjesus

I found this awesome program that lets you make mosaics out of your own pics and reassembles them. the pic is a bit too big so its hidden

I used the sample photos
the long part is finding 1000+ pics / photos that you want to use. Im going to spend a very long time looking for my own photos to make a mosaic
