Yeah but if, say, the sensor bar isn't in just the right place, the crosshair might be slightly lower or higher than where you're pointing.  It helps you to see where you're shooting.  In an arcade, the sensing isn't going to be so variable.
I am actually playing it without the crosshairs right now, it plays accurately so far on my big TV(it would probably be a nightmare if I tried it like that on my small ass bedroom TV).

I've had several times when the Wii sensor was off, so yeah, crosshairs would be a must if I ever played this.

You can calibrate the aim in the game, as to facilitate taking off crosshairs. I think, at least.

I'd consider playing this on another console but not the wii, I got my wii to be left downstairs gathering dust not to actually play on..

I like the cutscenes in the vids you provided though.

Well, I personally think that these kind of shooters are made for the wii. I played a rail shooter on the PS3, Time Crisis 4 and it's Guncon controller is god awfully terrible. It just feels more natural on the wii to use a zapper(I have one that looks like a revolver) than that orange clunky piece of plastic shit. But in both systems cases, these games are more well suited for arcade machines admittedly.

Dude, who said it was 10 hours long. I beat this in an hour and a half. I was all like, "Dude, that was pretty rad for a first chapter" and then END.

Lots of fun, but waaaaaaaay too short.

Yeah, £30 for a 1-2 hour game is really a rip off. Playing this sorta stuff feels so much more worth it when it's like £1/credit, even if you end up paying £60 on it over the course of a year.

Game is pretty fun, hilarious and over the top but intentional considering all the promotional media for the game. :P  Really wished North America got the handcannon boxset that the PAL territories got/are getting though.
