yeah man this is totally it, it's a plaster cast of someone inhaling plaster, you can see the little ridges on the roof of the mouth

this is exactly what i thought too. it definitely looks like something beyond the scope of human vision.

it doesn't seem like the respiratory system to me. plus, i wonder how that would be made if it were. i think that theory could be disregarded, because it doesn't really have the texture or correct shape of a lot of parts, especially the pharynx. i think we should try to think of smaller objects it could be.

EDIT: actually, it kind of reminds me of dried lettuce leaves.
