so has anybody heard of kgb?

anybody seen a commercial for these guys? you can text them and they'll answer any (ha) question you have about anything.

i just want to know how these people stay afloat. wheres the money coming from.

then again, i don't know much about this stuff, but either way the concept just seems ridiculous in the day we live in.

what do y'all think?

Apparently it costs 99 cents to get an answer from them. Google (466453) is free (not counting standard text message rates obviously but these also apply to kgb) and serves the same purpose so yeah, I don't really see the point! Maybe I'm missing something.

probably because people don't know how to enter in a search at all if they're over 30

google search 'hi my name is Bob and I'm trying to install a ceiling fan where is a site where I can find out how to install a ceiling fan that is good.com'

some of these companies will have it in their fine print that they'll send you several texts a month at your expense. in fact i'm pretty sure they were banned in new zealand for being sneaky or something.
