@Bart:
Since you're using LightHTTPd on the new server and I have no experience with it, is it easy to create a rewrite rule (similar to that of mod_rewrite) that will rewrite all requests from http://www.gamingw.net/pubaccess/* to http://pub.gamingw.net/*?

So whats happening with the main site and the header image also? The forums still look poo to me and I cant see peoples warns.

As Bart said the DNS hasn't propagated for you. The main site works fine for me on the new server (IP: 173.45.230.195). If you're unsure whether you're seeing the old or the new site/forums, just do what Bart told you, open a command prompt and type "ping gamingw.net"

If you get 64.13.192.92 you're still using the old server, and if it's 173.45.230.195 then you're using the new server. And the main site works fine for me on the new server, as well as forums.

By the way is it just me, or is the site down all the time? It works like for an hour, then it's down for two hours, then it works for a while again, and then not etc. Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

It's not you. GW basically killed the server when it moved over. I'm moving from Apache to nginx for lower memory consumption and GW is now running on nginx as of .. 5 minutes ago. Memory looks to be ok now but I have some other sites to move yet so *crosses fingers*

Worse comes to worse I upgrade my memory but that's only if this doesn't solve the issue. Trust me, I don't want this, or any of the sites to constantly be down

It's switched from the new one to the old one, then switched back to the new one again when I made a topic :O
I hacked the cmd thing and it said I'm still on the old server. So should it like switch anyway?

i still haven't seen this crazy "new template" thing you guys are talking about
somebody post a screenshot or something because i'm really curious to see what all you'e talking about, and to see if its as per-screwy as you all seem to claim that is

Well at work I have the new DNS, the forums are functioning and look NORMAL so people with the old dns entries will see funky templates

It's just how the forums are structured since I am connecting to the db remotely so that way there is no lost posts. At times like this I wish forums stored their config in actual files and not the db

I am still on the old server and the forums seem to running fine (although a bit slow). I like this old skin. It's the one we're keeping, right? That new theme can go right in the Papperskorgen!!!
