I've recently fallen in love with the Tales of Vesperia game and am quite amazed by its game play and story telling. Its characters are quite dynamic.
I was a fan of Star Ocean: Till the end of time, and well Chrono trigger was pretty alright.  Things I do like in a game though is customization (whether it be item synthesis, weapon creations, color variations or the like, I like em all) And well I'd Like some suggestions on Games I should play that I'd enjoy.

Consoles/Systems I have:
Xbox 360
DS
Cpu

I'd love a computer rpg game that has a battle system similar to Tales games / Wild arms games etc, but if there's one for 360 or DS as well I'd give them a try.

Tales of Vesperia does seem pretty good for a Tales of game (and Abyss was p.good too) but Till the end of Time...

Anyway, get a PS1 emulator and get Star Ocean 2 and tales of Destiny 2 (or Tales of Eternia as it was called in Japan.)

Meh, I didn't enjoy Vesperia. In fact, I am lost faith in many JRPG franchises(preferably Final Fantasy since square enix just loves to keep beating that dead horse) but I still do enjoy some JRPGs(Phantasy Star to name one). I can't recommend any JRPGs for the 360 since I don't really like any of them, the only RPG I can recommend of the top of my head is Mass Effect and that is an American rpg.

wow you guys are assholes (doubt that news to anyone though).

The guys just asks for some RPGs to toy around with.

On topic, there really is not many "commercial"/"professional" JRPGs (which you seem to be looking for) for computer. However, since you want something with customization you might like Oblivion and/or Fallout 3. They've got plenty of customization but play very differently to those JRPGs you listed.

btw, i think grandia 2 is similar to wild arms and whatnot. even if it's not the same, the battle system is ace, you should check it out.

grandia 2 is pretty awful im actually replaying it right now because i wanted to confirm if it really is as bad as i remembered because lots of people like it but it's seriously so bad. i can't think of a single rpg with characters and dialogue as dull as grandia 2's. the battle system is nice, yeah, but the whole skill leveling system isn't nearly as good as the one in the original and grandia 3 pretty much perfects the battle system so if you want to play a game for a battle system, grandia 3 is the way to go. it's probably the best jrpg battle system there is.

I found Grandia 3 somewhat short for an RPG, took me roughly 15 hours to beat. I didn't like the story in either Grandia 2 or 3 though, and the voice acting in both is just awful but thankfully alright in comparison to star ocean: the last hope's voice acting, jesus it sounded like the voice actors were high when they did the fucking english voices for that game >.<

I took like a good 30-40 hours to beat Grandia 3. I remember Grandia 2 being shorter. I did do pretty much everything in Grandia 3 though.

the battle system in grandia 2 was still ace (or at least unique).

and i have only discovered that grandia 3 exists because of this topic.
