So I just found out that that Sacha guy from "Borat" and "Da Ali G show" is making a new movie called bruno.

Brüno[1] is a mockumentary comedy film slated for release on July 10, 2009.[2] It is produced by, co-written by, and stars Sacha Baron Cohen. The character Bruno originates from Cohen's previous Channel 4 and HBO series, Da Ali G Show. This film is the third based on characters from the show, following Ali G Indahouse and Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, but the latter and this film occurs in real-life situations unlike the Ali G Indahouse.

I think steel mentioned it a couple of times recently, which made me look it up.

Even though I'm not a fan of either Ali G or Borat really (never watched very much of the show) what I've read about "Bruno" seems pretty damn funny. Apparently in filming and gaining publicity he's been trolling Ron Paul, a Prop 8 rally, 1500 people from Arkansas, and a Milan Fashion show.

Like I said I didn't like Borat very much but this trailer looks really good and so far I'm pretty anxious to see the ron paul scene and all the other crazy shit they've been doing for this movie.

Cool I didn't even know they were making this. Some of the bruno bits of the ali g show were pretty funny I seem to remember so I hope this is good.

I didn't think it looked very funny, but it's a trailer and trailers for comedies usually suck. I know I'll watch it at some point regardless!

Some Ali G stuff was quite good, but the movie stinks, it's completely different to the TV show

nah movies are definitely better. this is a Fact.

also yes the ron paul people released a press statemtn saying NO HE SAID THIS GUY IS WEIRD so he definitely flips out. should be kind of funny.
