Desktop is for windows, not icons. Start menus, task bars, quick launch bars and the like were invented years ago for a reason!

i don't like having all that shit there, i either have stuff i need in my dock (or on the quick launch bar on my windows machine) or i have a program like quicksilver so i can access any application i want, there is basically no need to have a million things on my desktop.  i just use my desktop for temporary things.

my desktop is exposed for the 10 minutes a day a window isn't open. it's not an actual desktop, you don't have to have a wide open space before you can use it.

the things you use should be easy to get to. i use the quick launch bar, the first page of the start menu, and the desktop. the desktop is the best place to store files you're working on imo.

yeah i want to know that too, also where'd you get that foobar skin dragonx

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.
