It only matters if the key isn't legit. If it is, the only problem you will ever run into is if the original owner is connected to at the same time (in which case it will tell you they are connected and block you)... which is fucked up since you can just DL warcraft III since it's now officially nocd and what you'd be paying for is the serial itself.

I'm starting to hate battlenet more than ever. If not for the fact that I may play with gws from time to time I think I would have quit because of how shitty it is trying to play a game to completion. 10 minute game here, 20 minute game there, 15 minute minute after that and so on until hours go by and you realize all you've been doing is early game farming until the game suddenly ends and you repeat the process. What kind of shit is that. It was never as bad as it is now. Full games are rare... very rare. And games ending in 5v5s happen once a week at best.
