-looks in dictionary- pretentious... pretentious... Oh. Oh crap...

Sorry if I came off that way. I work in a library, so I have lots of time to think and word and reword stuff until it sounds like that. :)

Furcists?!!  :ssj: Lol...

Phew... so much to read. Gonna have to get to work earlier than a half an hour for this... Damn, and I'm out of time.

Well, I will point this out. Frank Miller has written some of my favorite quotes.

               "Worth dying for,
                     Worth killing for,
                          Worth going to Hell for."

Okay, I will admit it. I've never actually seen 300 or Robocop. So I can't really comment on any of his movies except Sin City.

Oh, Kaworu, I was wondering. You kept mentioning comic fans and non-comic fans. Define that, because I might be considered a non-comic fan.

Fuck you man. Fuck you.
You don't know what it's like, being an outsider, do you DS?
Knowing you don't belong, that you can never feel at home, in thise form. Knowing that at heart you are really a fox or a dolphin or a wolf or a turkey. I totally feel for this guy, he's comming here and explaining his fursona to us, and you don't have the respect to accept him? A wolf is emotional by nature, they hide it with their cold exterior and gruff persona, but inside they need others, they want to be loved. Can't you even offer that?
* Kaworu nibbles on a shrew
You guys really make me sick with your OH NO FURIES shit. What about equal rights?
I'm a purple sparkely fox and DAMN PROUD of it. And there is NOTHING that can make that change. It's who I am inside, it's what I long to be. People like you are why CesspoolX was invented in the first place! We need to shelter from your bigotry.

and GB... you shouldn't make fun of furries, we are real animals, not your mythical pretend beasties.

Whao... :shocking: That was... wow... That was really deep.

:) Thanks for standing up for me man. Heh, ^_^ I can handle a few insults though. I'm used to it. People may call us wierd, but if that's the case, the wierder, the better.

Is there a friend request doohicky on this forum? Or something close? If so, I need to add you.

Frank Miller has written some of the greatest comics, with such serious and badass style. He's also inspired a couple movies as well. Okay, maybe that's just opinion, but it's what I think.

As far as I know (I love his comics, I do not research him), he has written Sin City, 300, and his own Batman comic. Sin City and 300 can both be recognized as major motion pictures.

Does anyone else like his writing? Or does anyone know some other stuff he's written?

Yeah, I'm a bit poor, so I don't pick up consoles or games until a few years after they're made. Still, I should be able to gett lot's of suggestions on this one. I need some advice on what games to get for PS2. I'm a fan of pretty much any type of game except puzzle, simulation, or driving.

Here's what I do have:
                 Kingdom Hearts 2
                 Gladius
                 Guitar Hero 2 & 3

Here's what I've heard I should get:
                 Final Fantasy X & XII
                 Okami
                 Devil May Cry

If anyone has any suggestions, recommendations, or some advice on what games to get, please help. -looks at current money stash- I only have so much money, and I really want to get my money's worth out of the PS2. Thanks to anyone who is kind enough to help.

Heh ^_^... Well, it's what always felt natural to me. I was told once that my fursona is an eagle (since I love avian furrys), but your fursona isn't what you like, it's what animal furry you feel connected to, so...
I'm a wolf, I belong to a pack. A pack of tightly knit friends, partly because we all have something in common one way or another, but also because it just seems natural. We can't help but feel a connection with each other, so we accept each other, despite our differences or dislikes. Also, at night, I am usually alone. And when I'm alone, my "pack" feels so far away from me. A lone wolf, so to speak.

 Whao... I didn't mean to talk like that. But I like the way that sounds.

And Jeff, I understand that.  :) But I figure this. As long as you can find one friend, you are accepted.

I thought I was pretty unoriginal as a wolf too... :P But after awhile I realized it didn't really matter. You like what you like. If you decide what you are just because it's original, in a way, it's conformity.

Conformity to non-conforming? ^.^ I just mean, be who you are.

Weapons.... hm... The pistol.

The pistol has 4 forms throughout the game you can aquire. The original, the 9mm, is a piece of junk and you should upgrade it as soon as possible. The second pistol you get (or should get) is the Punisher. It's comepletely free. All you have to do is use your map to locate these little blue medallions (you have to shoot 10/15) and shoot them. After you enter the cemetary, you should be able to shoot a couple more blue medallions to fill your quota. The punisher has the special ability to shoot through enemies, but you'll rarely use it for that purpose. Still, the Punisher is much better than the 9mm. Next, the Red9. The shopkeeper eventually sells it. It is EXTREMELY powerful for a pistol, especially after you fully upgrade it. I also recommend buying the stock for it, as the pistol is a precise weapon, and you don't want your aim twitching. Finally, the shopkeeper eventually sells a new kind of pistol that has good power and steady aim. DON'T BUY IT! The Red9 is much better as long as you have a stock attached.

The pistol should be your weapon of choice, as it has the most ammo, and if used correctly, can be the most efficient gun. Use it whenever you can, but don't forget you'll find plenty of ammo to use your other guns, so don't be afraid to use them when necessary. When using the pistol, aim for the enemy's heads for the most damage, or shoot them in the leg to either A. knock them on the ground to stall them or let you knife them, or B. knock them to their knees so you can suplex them.

Never underestimate the power of your pistol. :D

I started playing this game a few weeks ago at my friends house (which is why I'm only so far in the game). It was love at first fight! I love the game engine and the game has an extremely good balance of situational strategy, and personal style strategy. I'm currently in the castle, and it seems I'm near the end (I just got Ashley and then used her to get the Broken Butterfly).

I'm starting this thread for random tips and tricks and other crap you know about Resident Evil 4.  :fogetguns:

Happy face exploding. ^.^

Oh... I have a Myfursona at www.myfursona.com. My name is authorgunner on there. It's a small site, but I hope it'll grow...

Thanks guys. :) Love and Peace

I doubt anyone remembers me though.  :)

I joined a long time back, but I didn't have a consistant time on the internet. Now I can pop in every other day or so...

Let's see.. introductions...

Name: Cameron, Shadow, Author, Wish, the list goes on...
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Random crap that's suppose to describe me: Well, I'm a gaming nerd, and my dream is to make video games when I become older (although I really sometimes feel it's impossible). I like most games except for puzzle or simulation games. I recently became addicted to Resident Evil 4... it was my first delve into the series.
I like acting. I've been in two muscals, three plays, and countless skits. I love role playing also, but I haven't done that for months now. I'm also a kindof band geek. I play the flute, and I'm pretty much average with it.
I'm also a furry. If you've got a problem with that, please don't approach me on it. I'd rather not be judged because of that sort of thing, but I'm not going to hide it because that'll just drive me crazy.
As for making games, I'm actually starting to work with Blitz Basic, and soon I'm going to learn HTML. I've really been working on RPG Maker 2000, 2003, and XP, and I can do a few cool things with them. I'm working right now on a project, but I won't advertise it. (Partly so you don't feel I am, and partly because I'm not sure I'll finish)

All right... that's all I can think of...

               Love and Peace
