We're not witnessing the end of GW ... We're witnessing the rebirth of GW. GW needs to start over in order to get stronger

There was a time when 40 different subforums made sense. Not anymore

There was a time when our staff could write compelling articles to compete with other sites. Not anymore

Reinvention is the only way we can fix this. And fix it, we will.

So here's what the new GW is going to be....

Regardless, Drule seems to have a passion and drive to get things going and he seems to know what did not work in the past few years and he's doing his best to get GW going again.

So give your kudos to him, he deserves it.

since the art forum is now a giant clusterfuck we should limit it to three tags (art, lit, music) so sorting can actually be useful

If an image says a thousand words, and a video shows 24 images each second, then why couldn't they condense everything I needed to learn at school into one hour long video :V

The moderators that are WHINING LIKE FUCK because they don't understand the changes should probably try do their job and read the moderator forum every now and again so they actually know what is happening instead of throwing a tantrum when they feel left in the dark.

I think Drule is doing the right thing, you people just don't like ANY CHANGE AT ALL. He told you to wait and see what happens so maybe do that before jumping to conclusions and complaining. GW IS STILL GOING TO BE ABOUT GAMES SO RELAX.

I don't know which forum you are referring to, but there is a forum for posting full games under Game design.

I think by WIP forum he means something like Game & Demo or Projects & Announcements.

Or at least that's what I'm guessing.
